M3M Group on a delivery spree

Fastest growing real estate conglomerate M3M has delivered five of its projects in a short span of five months. The Group's delivery spree started with M3M Cosmopolitan - the first hi-street retail on Golf Course Road Extension - delivered in November 2016. Another commercial project of the Group, M3M Urbana - the largest integrated commercial development - was delivered in February this year. April saw the delivery of the Group's residential projects - M3M Merlin, M3M Golfestate and M3M Woodshire. M3M Merlin, located in sector 67, brings Singapore style world-class residences to Gurgaon. Another landmark project of the Group, M3M Golfestate is India's first in-city golf-resort themed lifestyle destination. M3M Woodshire brings verdant lifestyle to the fast-developing sector 107, located meters away from the Delhi-Gurgaon border.

Towering Presence:

The Group has invested close to INR 2500 crore for its delivered projects. INR 3,000 crore is the investment in projects that are lined for delivery within the next 24-36 months. These span across include various real estate verticals such as residential, commercial, IT/SEZ, entertainment and hospitality. The Group's delivered projects comprise close to 70 lac sq. ft. of prime land in Gurgaon. Another 1.2 crore sq. ft. of project area is under development. The three residential projects combined together have approximately 2,000 units spanning over more than 100 acres of prime development.
